A non-refundable deposit of £250 / $400 secures your booking, with the balance and a security deposit due 8 weeks before your rental commences.
Pool/spa heating, recommended between October and April, is charged separately. Stays of 5 nights or less incur a £55/ $95 cleaning supplement.
Please note that prices quoted are INCLUSIVE of all taxes, utility bills, and end of stay cleaning costs. Pool/spa heating is charged seperately.
We are happy to accept payment in US dollars or sterling by the following methods: personal cheque/check, wire transfer, Paypal, money order, or travellers checks. Major credit cards are also accepted, and, along with Paypal transactions, incur a 4% surcharge. Credit cards are charged in US dollars.
Strictly no smoking or pets allowed in the villa.
